通过试验和生产实践表明 ,用中锰球铁代替高锰钢生产球磨机衬板 ,不仅能满足使用要求 ,而且经济效益显著。选择合适的Mn含量和合适的Si/Mn比 ,控制冷却速度、适当提高基体中奥氏体含量 。
Through experiments and production practice,it is proved that using Medium Mn-Ducpile Iron instead of High Mn-Steel to produce Pot Mill Scaleboard can not only meet the requirement of usage,but also improve the economic returns.
