Starting from interest cultivation, the teaching of over-head bowling solid sphere with both hands has been performed. Under the principles of the phase study, choice of content, use of method and inspiring, a bold practice has been carried through, which achieved a lot. This shows that the interest cultivation can efficiently improve sport achievement.
