摘要
文中给出的双反射可调剪切差平行分束偏光器设计,结构简单,调节方便,可获得较大平行分束剪切差。
The design of the bireflective parallel beamsplitting device which can give a adjustable beam-displacement is given out. This device has several advantages such as simple structure, convenient adjustment and larger beam-displacement.
