面向21世纪上海高校体育科研发展战略对策研究

Analysis on developing struggle tactics of sports scientific research in Shanghai colleges in 21 century

采用问卷调查、谈访调研、数理统计等方法，对上海高校体育科研现状进行了分析研究，针对存在的问题，从强化科研意识、体育科研管理体系、学科结构、战略布局、科研队伍、网络系统、定向服务、成果管理、推广运用等方面提出了发展对策，构建了上海高校体育科研新世纪奋斗目标，为全面推动上海高校体育科技发展提供参考思路。

The present situation of sports scientific research in colleges was analyzed, in view of some problem showed the develop- ing tactics in strengthening science research consciousness, sports scientific research manage, subject construction and strategic plan for build the objective of struggle of scientific research in colleges to provide the thinking.
