对高校优秀运动员主要激励和扰动因素的研究

摘要 从行为科学、管理心理学、管理学的角度出发,在充分调查研究的基础上,运用R型因子分析的方法,对高校优秀运动员训练积极性的主要激励和扰动因素进行了研究。研究表明,主要激励和扰动因素有八种:关心与理解、训练生活条件、老队员毕业安置、学业成绩、主管人影响力、竞赛胜负、人际关系、恋爱交友。并对高年级运动员和低年级运动员、男运动员和女运动员在此问题上存在的差异作了分析。 On the basis of a thorough investigation and from the point of the views of behavioral science, psychology of management and management, a research into the main stimulating and disturbing factors in training the enthusiasm of the excellent athletes at universities has been made. The research makes it clear there are eight kinds of stimulating and disturbing factors. consideration and understanding, training condition, job assignment on graduation, school record, managers' influence, winning or losing of contests, human relationship, falling in love and making friends. The differences in this matter between higher grade and lower grade athletes, boy and girl athletes have been analysed also.
