摘要 采用测量法、比较研究法 ,对不常锻炼的 1 2 0名中老年妇女的体质现状进行了分析 ;然后又分析了长期坚持健身锻炼对中老年妇女 ( 1 2 0名 )体质的影响 ,以及不同类型健身锻炼法 (太极拳 (剑 )锻炼法、长跑锻炼法、跳舞锻炼法 )又对她的体质产生什么样的影响。结果表明 ,健身锻炼能改变中老年妇女的形态 ,起到减肥的作用 ;能够增强中老年妇女的身体素质和机能水平 ,具有既健身又健美的作用。跳舞运动是中老年妇女值得选择的一种效果理想的健身锻炼法。 This article is about an analysis on the present constitution of 120 middle and aged women who don’take part in any activities by discovering and by comparison:then analysize the effect of the constitution of 120 middle and aged women by the long-term body exercising and different way of body exercising has its effect on the constitution ,such as shadowboxing ,long-running and dancing .The result expresses :body exercising can change the figure of the middle and aged women and can lose their weight and can strengthen their body quality and the mechanic level .It can also make the body healthy and beautiful .Dancing is an ideal way for the middle and aged women to choose.
