改革术科教学模式,培养学生创新精神和实践能力

Reforming the model of skill teaching for developing the innovative spirit and the practicing ability

论述的是改革高师体育专业术科教学模式 ,培养学生创新精神和实践能力的问题。明确了教学模式的概念 ;提出了术科教学长期以来采用的单一的“讲解—示范—练习”教学模式 ,不利于学生创新精神和实践能力培养 ,应进行改革。而“发现学习”教学模式 ,无论从理论上 ,还是在术科教学探究实验中 ,都证明了对培养学生创新精神和实践能力具有明显效果和作用 。

In this paper,the author analyses the reformation for the teaching model of normal university P.E specialty,and holds that the teaching model of “explaining-demonstrating-practicing”can't develop the students' innovative spirit and the practicing ability,but the one of “discovering-study”has been proved effective not only in terms of theory but also in teaching experiments.So the “discovering-study”is a good teaching model for skill.
