剪羊毛机是一种手持式机械，在工作过程中，由于摆杆动刀片组合高速往复弧线摆动所产生惯性力矩的激励，使剪羊毛机剪头产生扭转振动，由于剪羊毛机操作人员长时间握持剪头进行剪毛作业，剪羊毛机的振动必然会对操作人员产生物理和生物效应。文章分析了剪羊毛机振动对操作者的不良影响，提出了降低剪羊毛机振动的两种途径，这对剪羊毛机的减振降噪，改善剪羊毛机的工作性能，提高其工效等均有重要意义。
