摘要
本文以教育部[2000]59号文件为背景,结合我校人事制度改革的实际情况,对高职高专院校人事管理改革提出了改革的思路和具体措施,对同类院校具有一定的参考价值.
In this article, the author reprensents the guiding thoughts and some concret measures to the reform of the personnel system in higher professional and specialistic colleges, according to No. [2000] 59 document of the Ministry of Education and according to the situation of the personnel system reform in our college. It is usefull and valuable to the same kind of colleges as ours.
