In this paper, it was introduced that repairs and technical reconstructions of the damaged ceiling assemblies in the transition section of the reformer were conducted four times. The experiences and lessons from the repairs and reconstructions were pointed - out and the technical measures of avoiding analogous accidents were put forward.
