真空注型机电气控制系统设计

Electrical Control System Design of a Vacuum Casting Machine

产品真空注型是机械制造业实现产品快速开发和制造的新工艺。本文简要介绍了产品真空注型工艺,根据工艺操作要求,设计了真空注型机操作面板并以 PLC 模块为核心设计了真空注型机电气控制系统。运行实践表明,本文所设计的控制系统能够很好地满足真空注型的操作要求。

Vacuum casting is a new pro- cess fabricating a new product rapidly in the R&D phase in manufacturing field.The vacuum casting process is introduced briefly in this paper.According to operating re- quirement,the operation panel is planned and the electrical control system is then de- signed with a programmable logic controller. The practical running results show that the electrical control system designed in this pa- per can achieve the operating task of the vacuum casting process.
