中英商务英语测试比较

随着英语作为世界语言在商务活动中作用的不断显现,越来越多的中国人热心于学习英语来满足工作的需要。商务英语考试也就成为了在工作环境中评价学习英语者水平的重要标准。中国从1993年开始引进商务英语考试(BEC),实践证明,BEC 现已成为衡量我国学生英语水平的非常有前景的方法。但是我国和英国的 BEC 考试还存在着差异。本文的主旨就在于向大家展示我国和英国这两种测试体系的不同,为对此感兴趣的老师和同学提供这方面的信息。

With the increasing prominence of English as an international language for trade and business,more and more people in China are keen on learning English in the interests of job requirement.Business English examina- tions inevitably become the criterion of evalu- ating the proficiency of a learner of English in a work environment.China has introduced Business English Test from Britain since 1993 which has been proved successful by providing objective measures of language testing.Never- theless there are still some differences re- mained between the two Business English test- ing systems,namely British BEC examinations and BEC examinations in China.The aim of this thesis is to explores the differences of the two testing systems,and thus provide some in- formation for teachers and learners concerned.
