摘要
H-Na并联离子交换软水制取工艺,能除去原水中的碱度成分(HCO3等),可提高蒸汽质量,减少锅炉排污,节约能源;但在制水过程中,虽严格控制工艺,仍可能出现酸性水。从酸性水产生的原因进行研究,寻求其解决的方法,以预防软水出现酸性,这是水处理领域中的一项重要工作。
Soft water can be made by means of H - Na parallel connection ion exhange. This technique can remove the alkaline components in the original water, increase the steam quality, reduce the pollution by the boiler and save energy. However, in the process of manufacturing water, acid water will still appear despite strict ontrol of the technological process . Something must be done to find out the reasons for the appearance of acid water and the approaches to this problem.
