长期以来,由于广大英语教师的教育思想和教学观念陈旧,也由于教学内容陈旧,教学方法和手段落后,英语课外活动贫乏,加上现行教学评价体系的不合理性,使得学生口语表达能力的培养严重滞后。这种情况必须彻底改进。
For a long time, most students' expressing ability in oral English has been very behind because of the teachers' old educational thought and teaching ideas, old teaching contents, behind teaching methods and teaching instruments, insufficient extra curricular activities and illegitimate teaching evaluation system. The situation must be improved.
