摘要
介绍了自主研发的车用汽油机管理系统———MicroEMS系统。并在此基础上,介绍了其电磁兼容性(EMC)的研究内容。分析了汽油机管理系统在小型高速汽油机应用中的主要电磁干扰源及其传播途径,点火线圈的瞬变高压放电所产生的宽带高频电磁辐射通过直接传导以及空间耦合的方式影响电控单元的正常工作。最后,从系统硬件设计和软件开发两个方面提出了增强系统抗干扰性能的技术方案,解决了电控汽油机非正常点火问题。
This paper introduces the gasoline engine management system named MicroEMS, developing by Tianjin Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute. Based on this system, the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is described in this paper. The main electromagnetic interfering sources and their coupling paths on engine management system (EMS) are analyzed. The results show that the normal operation of electronically controlled unit (ECU) is influenced by the high-frequency electromagnetic emissions resulting from transient high voltage discharge of engine ignition coil through direct conducting and space coupling. Some technical measures from the point of both software and hardware for improving system anti-interference are provided and those will help to solve the problem of abnormal ignition in electronically controlled gasoline engine.
