共轨喷油器高速电磁阀电磁场有限元分析及试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 应用电磁场分析软件对共轨喷油器高速电磁阀电磁作用力进行有限元分析计算,并与解析计算结果进行比较。分析了电磁阀在不同的线圈窗口尺寸及位置、线径及匝数下电磁力的大小及其对电磁阀响应特性的影响。同时在一定驱动电路下,设计了电磁阀响应特性试验装置,并对试制的几组电磁阀进行试验研究。试验结果表明,电磁阀的线圈窗口尺寸及位置等对电磁阀的响应有一定的影响,并与仿真结果是一致的。 Based on the software analysis of electromagnetic field, the electromagnetic force of high-speed solenoid in common rail injector was calculated by finite element analysis and was compared with the numerical result. In addition, the response character of solenoid valve was analyzed for different structure and lead diameter of solenoid valve. Meanwhile, equipment for testing the response character of solenoid valve was designed and the several groups of solenoid valves were tested. The results show that structure and lead diameter of solenoid valve will influence the response character of solenoid valve and the testing result has good agreement with the simulated result.
