摘要
多缸内燃机各缸之间的功率不均衡将影响轴系的扭振性能。以GK1C内燃机车的6L240柴油机轴系为例,利用蒙特卡罗模拟法和有关统计资料,对各缸功率不均衡状况下的轴系扭振进行了计算和分析,找出了各缸功率不均衡对扭振振幅和频率的影响以及一些其它规律。为准确估计多缸内燃机轴系的实际扭振性能提供了理论依据。
Non-equilibrium of power in multi-cylinder engine will influence the axile torsional vibration performance. This paper used Montecarlo simulation method and relevant statistical date to compute and analyze the torsional vibration for the shaft of 6L240 locomotive diesel engine, and making clear the effect of power non-equilibrium on torsional vibration magnitude and frequency, providing a theoretical basis for accurately estimation in real torsional vibration of multi-cylinder engine.
