摘要
从磨损类型、磨损过程、主要摩擦副、样本数据分布以及磨损元素相关系数等几个方面系统分析了某型柴油机的磨损特点,并且针对柴油机磨损状态监测问题研究了油液光谱分析的诊断原理,制定了浓度模型、梯度模型和比例模型等数据分析模型的界限值,提出了适合光谱数据预测的灰色模型和时间序列模型预测方法,为柴油机磨损状态监测提供了一整套可行的监测方案。
Engine wearing characteristics are analyzed from wear types, wear processes, main friction pairs and correlation coefficient of wear elements. With respect to engine state monitoring, a diagnostic method based on oil spectrum analysis was put forward and the critical value for analytical model like concentration model, gradient model and proportion model are set. The gray model and time series model are used as the data forecasting model, providing a practical monitoring approach for engine diagnosis.
