MOTIVATION, PRINCIPLE AND EMPHASES OF NEW-ROUND CHANGCHUN MASTER PLAN UPDATE

从空间供给、开发区建设、人民生活提升、建设全面小康社会、老工业基地振兴等方面分析了新一轮长春城市总体规划修编的主要动因,进而提出了新一轮城市总体规划修编的基本思路和原则性规划思想,并从统筹区域、拓展空间、协调发展等方面架构了新一轮长春城市总体规划修编的重点内容。

This paper systematically analyzes themajor motivation of new-round Changchun masterplan update in aspects of spatial extension, develop-ment zones construction, promotion of peoples liv-ing standard, construction of all-round well-off soci-ety and revitalization of old industrial bases. It fur-ther introduces the outline and guiding planning ide-ology for new-round master plan update. Accordingly,in terms of region coordination, spatial extension andbalanced development, it digs out the emphases ofnew-round Changchun master plan update.
