结合北京坚果国际公寓售楼处改造实例 ,介绍了托承重砖墙换组合截面梁柱的成功范例 ,揭示了类似结构改造的新方法 。
In the paper, a successful example of replacing load-bearing brick walls with composite section beams and columns has been presented, revealing a new scheme of renovation method for similar structures. The design concept and method are also explained.
