摘要
分析了四角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉变工况运行时炉内实际切圆大小的变化规律及燃烧对实际切圆大小的客观要求,提出采用基于弹簧偏转挡板的自适应燃烧器代替现有固定结构燃烧器,以便在变工况运行时自动调节炉内实际切圆的大小,从而使燃烧处于最佳工况。详细介绍了这种新型燃烧器的结构、工作原理。冷态实验结果表明:这种新型燃烧器对出口射流的偏转角度具有良好的调节性能。
After reviewing the objectively requirements of the dimensions of actual combustion circly in tangentially pulverized-coal fired boilers, and the rules that govern their changes under variable condition, a self-adapting burner based on spring-deflection-damper, which can automatically regulate the dimension of the actual combustion circle , is suggested to replace the structurally fixed burners now in use, for the purpose of optimizing combustion under different boiler load conditions. Structure, principles and cold-state experimental results are described in detail. Results of cold tests show that this new type of burner is well adapted to regulate the burner jet's defelction angle. Figs9, table1 and refs 9.
