燃生物质锅炉空气动力场冷态模化试验研究

摘要 针对生物质燃料的特性,运用相似理论建立了燃酒糟锅炉空气动力场冷态模化试验系统,得到了不同一次风风速下炉内空气动力场的变化规律,为燃生物质锅炉设计和运行的优化提供了必要依据。 In accordance the special properties of biomass fuel, cold modeling experimental research on the aerodynamic field in distillers' grains-fired boilers was carried out, based on laws of similarity. According to experimental results, laws that govern the variation of aerodynamic fields in furnace under different primary air velocity condit ions were found, which may be useful for design and operation optimization of biomass-fired boilers. In addition, the flow rate of primary air and the secondary air should be reasonably opportioned in design and operation to meet the particular requirments of biomass combustion.
