摘要
建立了并联除氧器的压力数学模型,分析了影响被控对象参数变化的因素,并根据并联除氧器压力解耦控制系统中由于被控对象参数的不同和变化造成的压力偏差和水位偏差,设计了模型参考自适应律,对被控对象进行调节,使其与选定的参考模型参数保持一致。仿真结果表明,模型参考自适应压力解耦控制系统可以有效克服被控对象参数的变化,消除各台除氧器间的压力和水位偏差,保持满意的控制品质。
A mathematical model is established for parallel connected deaerators and factors that influencie parameter variation of the controlled objects are being analyzed in the paper. Moreover, a coordination self-adaptive rule for the model referred control system is designed according to both pressure and water level deviations resulting from differences and variations of the controlled objects' parameters, to keep them in agreement with those of the selected reference model. Simulation results show that the control system is able to effectively overcome variations of the controlled parameters, eliminate pressure and water level deviation among various deaerators and realize a satisfactory control.
