摘要
针对火电机组状态监测和故障诊断方面存在的不足,提出了建立省级故障诊断中心,并研究开发了网络化汽轮机组远程监测及故障诊断系统,已应用于生产实际,在汽轮发电机组运行和维修中发挥了重要作用。介绍了该系统的体系结构、软件结构、网络技术及特点,并给出应用实例说明其实用性和有效性。
In view of the inadequacy of monitoring and fault diagnosis in the thermal power plants, the establishment of a province subsidized trouble diagnosis center is being suggested. A remote network monitoring and fault diagnosis system for steam turbine sets has already been developed, put into practice and is now playing an important role in production and maintenance. The structure of the system and its software, the networks technique and its characteristics are described. The practicability as well as effectivess explained by practical examples. Figs 7 and ref 1.
