梯形刚性金属支架接榫结构改进

摘要 对原有各种梯形刚性金属支架接榫结构进行了适应性分析。在此基础上 ,改进了支架接榫结构。实践证明 ,改进后的新型金属支架可承受较大的围岩侧压及横向推力 ,减少了支护巷道后期的维护量 ,提高了巷道的安全系数 ,保证了矿井安全生产。 In this paper, different kinds of former rigid structures of joints in trapezoidal steel supports are analyzed adaptively. Based on this, the support joint structure is improved. According to the practice in site, it is verified that the new steel support improved can bear much high lateral pressure of surrounding rock and transversal trusting force than before, and reduce the maintenance of the roadway in the later period of support, so the safety coefficient is improved, and the safe production of coal mine is ensured.
