摘要
本文介绍了我国建筑节能与供热改革工作的现状,指出了热改工作所面临的问题并分析其原因,阐述了热计量试点研究的主要内容并总结了研究结果,相应地提出技术措施与政策措施建议。
Introduces the status of Building Energy Efficiency and heat reform,points out the problem of heat reform and analyzes causations,sets forth the major contents of heat metering demonstration study and summarizes the results of study,advances some proposals on the technology measure and policy measure.
