本文通过回顾近几年天津供热体制改革工作历程,阐述了我国进行供热体制改革和推行供热计量工作的必要性和艰巨性。通过分析当前供热体制改革工作中存在的障碍和问题,作者对天津下阶段供热体制改革工作提出了一些建议。

The reform of heat supply organization in recent years in Tianjin is reviewed in this paper, and the necessities and difficulties of the reform are discussed. In accordance with the problems and obstacles in the reform, some suggestions are proposed to the next step of work.
