摘要
在试验的基础上,分析了柴油机的活塞压缩比、燃烧室形状、喷油泵、增压器、喷油嘴偶件、中冷温度等参数对排放的影响,在不降低经济性与可靠性的同时,采取了相应的措施,使4D47Ti型增压中冷柴油机的排放达到EuroⅡ标准,这些措施经最终试验验证是有效的。
On the basis of experiments,the influence of several parameters,including piston compression ratio,combustionchamber shape,turbocharger,injector assembly,intercool temperature,on exhaust emission are analyzed.In order to satisfyEuro II standard without sacrificing economy and reliability,some measures are taken on 4D47Ti-type turbocharging andintercooling diesel engine.Those measures are proved to be effective through final verification experiment on exhaustemission.
