摘要
以柴油机台架磨合过程为研究对象,采用油液分析、表面分析等多技术相结合的方法,评价柴油机台架磨合质量。该方法的应用不仅可以掌握柴油机台架磨合的进程,而且能够为台架磨合程序的优化提供依据。
Taking diesel engine test-bed running-in procedure as research object, multi-technique synthetic analysis, in-cluding oil analysis, surface analysis technology etc., is utilized to assess the quality of diesel engine test-bed running-in.The application of this method can not only be helpful to master the proceeding of running-in, but also provide evidence foroptimization of test-bed running-in procedure.
