The Idea of Environmental Management in China must Adapt to the Market Economic System

对长期统治中国环保工作的思想体系 ,即“环保靠政府”、环保工作要以“政府直接控制为主”提出了质疑 。

This article puts forward to oppugn the system, which is ruling Chinese environmental protection work for a long time, namely “environmental protection by government”, “government control directly is the main fact for environmental protection”. Then the suggestion is given to choose the new ideological system which adapt to the market economic system instead of past one.
