摘要
通过借鉴国外城市滨水地区在的开发建设经验,本次城市设计不仅是一项滨水地区对景观的规划,而且是城市在后工业社会演变,在可持续发展的21世纪,如何利用资源(自然与人文)的方式及寻求城市新的发展动力过程中的一项战略性思考与探索。
Learn by successful experiences of the waterfronts in foreign cities, this plan is not a mere urban design of a waterfront. Moreover, in the process of sustainable development and post-industry society development, the plan is also a research and contemplation upon how a city reuses and redevelops its waterfront resources to stimulate its accord development.
