天津内燃机研究所研制的小型交流电力测功机系统运行可靠,性价比高;采用免测速机矢量控制,控制结构简单、精度高。发动机的油门开度从0%-100%变化时,测功机的转速变化在5 r/min之内;静摩擦曲线很低,特别适用于小型通用汽油机的台架试验;调速范围宽,最高转速可达10000 r/min以上。
The system designed by Tianjin IC Engine Research Institute is reliable in operation and high in cost performance adoping free-vector control of speedometer, the structure of which is simple and high in precision. When the throttle opening changes from 0%-100%, the speed fluctuation is within 5 r/min, and the statical friction curve is rather low, extremely suitable for the bench test of small general-purpose petrol engine. The range of adjustable speed is wide, with the maximum speed up to 1 000 r/min.
