摘要 本文主要研究了微量元素钛、铝、氮和硼对18CrMnB钢心体和渗碳层淬透性的影响。研究结果表明:微量元素钛、铝、氮和硼对18CrMnB钢心体淬透性影响很大,而对渗碳层淬透性,特别是对渗碳表层淬透性影响较小;钛、铝和硼显著提高18CrMnB钢心体淬透性,但随渗碳层碳含量增加,它们提高淬透性的作用减小,当碳含量达到0.5%~0.6%时,它们的这种有益作用消失;加钛低氮18CrMBn钢淬性在钢中Ti^e=Ti^t-3.42N值约为0.058%时达到极大值;加铝高氮18CrMnB钢淬透性随C_β=Al_s/(N-(Ti)/(3.42))值增大而提高。 The effects of microalloylng elements Ti, Al, N and B on the hardenability of the core and the carburized layer of 18CrMnB steel have been investigated in this paper. The results indicare that the addition of Ti, Al, B and N affects significantly the hardenability of the core, but has less influence on that of the carburized layer, especially that of the layer very near the surface. Ti, Al and B increase notably the hardenability of the core of 18CrMnB steel, but their effect reduces with the increase in carbon content of carburized layer, and their beneficial effect disappears when carbon reaches to 0.5%~0.6%. The bardenability of low-N 18CrMnB steel with addition of Ti reaches to maximum when Ti^e=Ti^t-3.42N is about 0.58%. The hardenability of high-N 18CrMnB steel with addition of Al increases with increase of the parameter C_β= Al_s/(N-Ti/3.42).
