摘要
管板锻件需要量很大,但存在着较严重的生产质量问题。本文根据质量管理的基本方法和压力加工原理,对管板存在的质量问题进行了分析、研究,提出了对冶炼浇注和锻压工艺的改进措施,并经实践验证,效果显著,并荣获上海市QC成果奖。
A great quantity of tube plate forgings is needed, but quality problem exists in present production. Based on the basic method of quality control and the principle of metal forming, the quality problem is studied and the measures in smelting, casting and forging to improve the quality are advanced in this paper. After taking the measures, economic beniifits are gained and a City's QC prize of Shanghai is won.
