摘要
对国内常见的计算连铸坯壳鼓肚变形量的几个主要近似公式进行了评价。并根据蠕变定律建立了新的物理意义更为明确的计算公式。对宝钢生产的连铸坏进行计算表明新公式计算结果可靠,弥补了原公式的不足。
Some well-known approximate formulas for calculating bulging deformation of the slab shell have been appraised in this paper. Based on the law of creep, a new calculating formula with clear physical meaning is illustrated here. For continuously casted slab produced by Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Complex the calculation shows that more reliable results can be obtained by this new formula. Thus, the inadequacies of other already existing formulas pre then remedied.
