摘要
超低碳加磷高强IF钢是利用超低碳无间隙原子钢超深冲性的特点,与磷的固溶强化机制相结合,生产具有超深冲性和高强度汽车板的新型钢种。本文在实验室的条件下,研究了该钢的成分及工艺对性能的影响,从而为国内生产该钢种提供了依据。
Extra-low-carbon P-added high-strength IF steel,combining extra-deep-drawing property of extra-low-carbon Interstitial-Free(IF) steel witr solid solution hardening , is an ideal extra-deep-drawing sheet steel with high-strength for automobile. Under laboratory condition , the effect of chemical composition and process of P-added high-strength IF steel on drawability is studied, thereby, suggestions for producing this steel are provided.
