摘要
通过精炼GCr15轴承钢的34炉工业性试验数据,对LFV-40型钢包炉精炼渣脱硫特性作了简要的分析,着重讨论精炼渣碱度、组成和(FeO)含量以及它们对硫化物容量和硫分配比的影响,可作为钢包炉精炼渣的参考依据。
According to 34 heats' industrial test data of GCr15 bearing steel, the desulfurization characteristic of refining slag in LFV-40 ladle furnace is briefly analyzed. The basicity, composition and(FeO) content of refining slag and their influences on sulphide capacity and sulfur distribution ratio are emphatically discussed. So it can be referred to as refining slag in ladle furnace.
