摘要
微合金耐磨钢7WNbTiRE的硬度和韧性匹配良好,硬度(HRC)60以上的同时,冲击值(α_k)在12 J/cm^2以上,具有很好的抗磨性能。本文介绍了该钢的化学成分、组织及力学性能和大规模生产应用效果。以磨球产品为例。大型火电厂吨煤球耗在180克以下,远远低于能源部“七五”规划所要求的350 g以下的指标。
The match of the hardness with toughness of microalloy wear-resistant steel 7WNbTiRE is good, while the hardness(HRC)≥60, its impact strength α_K≥12 J/cm^2. The steel has good wear-resistant properties. This paper discusses the chemical composition, structures, mechanical properties and large-scale production application results of the steel. For example the consumption of 7WNbTiRE steel ball in large power plant is lowered to below 180 g/t coal far below the indcx(350 g/t coal) required by The Ministry of Energy Resources during the 7th Five-Year Plan.
