摘要
本文叙述了烧结矿配加Bong球团矿和配加Samarco球团矿两种炉料结构的高炉冶炼对比试验。结果表明,后者较前者产量增加197 t/d,焦比降低7.86 kg/t,煤气能量利用得到改善,η_(co)提高1.1％。还对两种炉料结构进行了理论焦比计算。
This paper described the industrial trial in blast furnace for two raw material constructions of sinter with Bong pellets and with Samarco pellets. The results indicated that the later is bettor than the former. Production of the later increased in 197 t/day, coke rate decreased in 7.86 kg/t iron, and utilization of gas improved, η_(co) increased in 1.1%. In addition to the trial, theoritical coke rate is calculated.
