摘要
在气粉两相流运动方程基础上,联立气体循环流模型和煤粉、矿粉、焦炭和气相燃烧等反应的动力学方程及各相之间的传热方程、建立了高炉风口回旋区的一维数学模型。并对几个实际过程进行了模拟仿真计算.验证了各单元过程模型的适应性,并确定了模型参数。
An unidimensional mathematical model is developed to describe the behaviours within the raceway zone of a blast furnace with simultaneous injection of pulverized coal and fine ore. The model is based on a gas recirculating model, momentum equations of particles in a gasparticle biphase flow, and combining with the kinetic equations of reactions concerning PC, fine ore, coke and gases, and the equations of heat transfers between gas-particle-coke wall.
