生产超低硫大钢锭技术是近十年来炼钢的主要进展。本文介绍充分发挥电渣冶金的强制脱硫优势,开发了重熔百吨以上锻件用巨型电渣锭获得超低硫(≤0.0020%)的电渣重熔技术。将其应用于200t电渣炉,迄今已连续生产不同钢种90~180t电渣锭数十根,最大锻件约130t。产品中的硫含量不超过0.0020%,部分产品低达0.0005%。应用超低硫技术不增加生产成本。
A major steelmaking advance for the past decade or so is the development of techniques for production of the steels of ultralow sulphur content. An ESR process has been developed for making ultralow S (≤20 ppm) big ESR ingots for a forgings of over 100 t by bringing the advantage of forced desulphurizing of the electroslag metallurgy into full play. Some dozents of ESR ingots of various steels weighing 90~180 t have been produced by introducing this technique into 200 t ESR furnace. The heaviest forging produced is up to 130 t. The S contents in these products are no more than 20 ppm, in some are as low as 5 ppm. However, the application of this ultralow S technique does not cause the increase of cost.
