喷雾代铅浴用于高碳钢丝韧化处理的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用双喷嘴雾化装置对高碳钢丝进行了代铅浴韧化研究,结果表明,钢丝经控制雾冷韧化后,组织和性能均可达到铅浴韧化的要求,为高碳钢丝代铅浴韧化研究探索了新的途径。 High-carbon steel wires were fog-cooling-patented with dual nozzle oppsite spraying ato mation system. According to cooling curves and charateristic curves, the cooling mechanism of FCP and the effcct of major atomizing parameters upon FCP were discussed. A new mcthod of controlled FCP was developed. The results show that the structure and mechanical properties of high ca-ben steel wire by controlled FCP are equal to those of lead patented steel wire. Therefore, a new patenting method instead of lead bathing for high-carbon steel wire is exploited.
