镇静钢锭冷却过程三维数学模型的研究

摘要 在分析研究镇静钢锭冷却过程传热特点的基础上,建立了镇静钢锭冷却过程的三维数学模型。越过对实测值与模型理论计算值的比较,证明该模型正确,解法有效。应用该模型对Z7.77t挂板钢锭进行了计算,得到了钢锭在冷却过程中的温度分布、液芯率变化等一系列热状态参数,为确定钢锭的传搁时间及优化均热炉的生产过程提供了可靠的理论依据。 A three-dimension mathematical model describing the cooling process of killed steel ingot has been developed based cn an investigation into the characteristies of heat transfer during the cooling of killed steel ingot. It is demonstrated that the computations from the mathematical model are in agreement with the experimental results which are measured under the actual production conditions. The mathematical model and the numerical technique are verified to be correct and efficient. The thermal history of a Z7.77 ton full killed ingot with heat-insulating plate is calculated.
