摘要
通过化学平衡实验研究了不锈钢用BaO基渣系氧化脱磷的热力学及适合于Cr18-Ni8不锈钢脱磷的渣系,研究结果表明熔渣光学碱度及温度与磷容量有很强的相关性。对磷容量有显著影响的熔渣组成有BaO、BaCl_2、CaF_2、SiO_2。
Experiments were carried out to study the thermodynamics of oxide dephosphorization of stainless steel and fluxes adaptable for Cr18-Ni8 metal. It is found that the phosphato capacity shows a significant dependence upon the optical basieity or temperature of slags. The components of slag which obviously influence the phcsphate capacity are EaO, EaCl_2, CaF_2 and SiO_2.
