摘要
研究了控制轧制工艺参数对轧后铁素体晶粒尺寸和珠光体形态及沉淀相Nb(C,N)的形态和尺寸的影响,以及由变更三艺参数导致的组织变化而造成的力学性能的改善。实验结果表明,镇静铌钢的控制轧制基本规律,对半镇静铌钢也是适用的。
The influences of technical parameters of controlled rolling on the size of ferrite grains, the morphology of pearlite and the form and size of precipitated phase are studied in this paper, The improvement of the mechanical properties resulted from the structural change by the variation of the technical parameters are investigated as well. The experimental results indicate that the fundamental rules of controlled roiling of killed niobium steels are applicable for semi-killed niobium steels.
