摘要
冷轧双相薄钢板具有高强度、低屈强比、无屈服延伸和大的均匀延伸率等,使材料在冷成型中有宽的塑性变形区,大的加工变形量,并在形变中发展高强度。双相钢与低合金钢SM50相比,有较高的应变硬化指数和塑性应变比,显著的强化特性及其优良的模拟成型性;其成型极限图表明有很大的成型潜力;经实冲14种3万余汽车零件完好率为100%,并已装车运行。
This paper studies the characteristics of relative formability parameters of cold rolled dual-phase steel sheets. It is indicated that wide plastic deformation area and large work deformation of material can be produced during cold forming and high strength can be developed during deformation owing to the high strength, low yioldratio and high homogeneous extension of the steel. In comparison with low alloy steel SM50, the dual-phase steel has higher strain hardening exponent and plastic strain ratio. The strengthening effect of the steel is remarkable, and the various simulated forming properties are excellent. The forming limit diagram shows the steel has still large potentiality in deformation. More than 30 thousand automobile parts of 14 varieties hove been stamped with the stool and all are assembled and put into operation.
