摘要 应用单辊快凝方法成功地制备出Fe-6.5%Si微晶极薄带,并对其工艺参数和影响因素进行了研究。制得的这些极薄带的组织和磁性也进行了研究和分析。实验结果表明,铸态薄带表面光亮、平整并具有良好的冷轧延展性。铸态极薄带经1020~1070℃真空(真空度8×10^(-4)pa)退火1h,极薄带组织发生再结晶和异常晶粒长大,并出现(100)[ovw]面织构。退火后的极薄带在400~3000Hz内展示出比通常Fe-3%Si薄带更优秀的软磁性能。 High silicon-iron fine-grain ribbons containing about 6.5 wt%Si were successfuly prepared by single-roller rapid solidification technique. The process paran-ciers ard influence faetcis were investigated. The microstructure and magnetic properties of these ribbons are studied and discussed in this paper The experimental results indicate that the as-prepared ribbons have good surface and flatness as well as good cold-rolled ductility. After annealing the as-prepared ribbons at 1020—1070℃ for one hour in vacuum (vacuum 8×10^(-4)pa), the primary recrystallization, abnormal grain growth and (100)(Ovw) texture formation are observed, Annealed ribbons ex hibits superior soft magnetic properties at high frequency range of 400—3000Hz than the conventional 3 wt% Si-Fc sheet steel.
