摘要
本文介绍我国第一台薄板坯连铸试验机结晶器用保护渣的研制和使用。保护渣成分为SiO_228~35%,CaO 28~35%,Na_2O 5~10%,F 7~10%(某些渣申加入B_2O_3);半球温度<1150℃;1400℃粘度<0.1 Pa·s;熔渣层厚度10~20 mm。研制的保护渣满足了浇铸普碳钢、低合金钢薄板坯的热试要求,铸坯表面质量良好。还讨论了渣膜厚度,保护渣消耗量及碳素种类对结晶器中保护渣热行为的影响。
The study on mould fluxes and their application for thin slab continuous casting is presented in this paper. The fluxes consist of SiO_2 28~35%, CaO 28~35%, Na_2O5~10%, F7~10%, and some content of B_2O_3. The characters of fluxes are: melting point<1150 ℃,η1400℃<0.1 Pa.s, melten layer during casting 10~20 ram. The piactice shows that the fluxes can meet the requirements of casting low alloy steels. The surface quality of products is satisfactory. Discussions on flux film thickness, consumption, and influence of kinds of added carbon on the thermal behavior of flux in mould are given.
