摘要
稀土使0.27C-1Cr钢中的先共析铁素体组织细化,钢光体含量变少,片层间距减小,Fe_3C╱a相界面能降低。稀土提高了先共析铁素体和珠光体相变过程的激活能,减低了相变过程速率。
The addition of RE in a 0.27C-1Cr steel refines the proeutectoid ferrite grain size, diminishes the amount and lamellar space of pearlite, lowers the Fe_3C/α interface energy, and increases the activation energy for the proeutectoid ferrite formation and the pearlitic transformation so as to delay the processes of their transformations to completion.
