人工智能高炉热状态判断专家系统的研究

摘要 从人工智能(AI)和知识工程(KE)的理论出发,开发了一个用于高炉热状态判断的专家系统(BFHSES)。该系统采用菜单操作方式,人一机界面方便灵活,知识表达采用框架与产生式规则相结合的方式,知识库修改方便,推理机简便有效。现场在线运行表明,该系统准确可靠,不仅能预报高炉热状态的变化,还能给出相应的指导对策。 An expert system (ES) for blast furnace (BF) heat state judgement (BFHSES) has been developed and applied to the actual operation of a commercial BF. The system has efficient inference engine and convenient man——machine interface which makes the maintenance of knowledge bass easily. The knowledges are represented by frame work method in combination with production rules in this system. The successful real time on-line practice use shows that, it can not only determine the BF heat level and heat transition, but can also provide useful operation guide.
